Surface heating system for open spaces AFH heating pads for embedding in mastic asphalt - 400 V
The heating element consists of the irradiated constant heating line (diameter: 6-8 mm) off the type NH4GQU3G-70 according to IEC 08000. It characterized by its high heat resistance up to +240° C, a temperature which will be reached while inserting mastic asphalt. The heating line has already been fixed meanderly with optimal space on a glass cloth. The completed heating pad has a cold conductor connection with a length of 4 m on each side for the connection at the supply voltage (400 V). The connection line can be extended.
Embedding with top-layer rolled asphalt
In a first coating of mastic asphalt, the heating pads of the type AFH are laid and embedded according to the plan on the concrete floor. The cold conductors are led laterally via the heating pads to the terminal points. Finally the use-surface of rolled asphalt is applied with a strength of 30-70 mm.
Never embed heating pads in a rolled asphalt layer! Pay attention to the maximal asphalt temperature of +240° C.

Freiflächenheizung AFH für Gussasphalt
Montagefertige Heizmatten für Gussasphalt-Belag mit 300 W / m2, für Einbringtemperaturen bis kurzzeitig + 240o C. Die Heizmatten bestehen aus einem strahlenvernetztem Heizleiter, fixiert auf einem Spezialgewebe. Die Heizmatte hat an jedem Ende einen Kaltleiteranschluss mit je 4 m Länge zum Anschluss an die Versorgungsspannung (400 V).
